Summer Rentals
Available: June 1 - September 5

Activities include: swimming pool, volleyball court, half basketball court, horseshoes, zip-line, indoor climbing wall, recreation room with game tables and sound system, small lake for paddle boats and canoeing, rappelling rock, many scenic hikes, and a grass field for many different sports and games. We also have a store where you can purchase snacks and Quaker Meadow souvenirs.

The summer price is $45.00 per person per night, with a minimum of 100 people and a maximum of 300 people. We allow 1 free program staff person/counselor for every 8 paying campers if you have over 150 paying campers. Prices include meals, lodging (bring your own linens) and all recreation. Prices subject to change.

Winter Rentals
Available: December 15 - March 15

Activities include: indoor climbing wall; recreation room with game tables, sound system, and fireplace; snow-shoe hiking, sled runs; and lots of room for snowball fights or snow man building contests. The store is also open during the winter.

The winter price is $45.00 per person per day, with a minimum of 50 people and a maximum of 150 people. All prices include meals, lodging (bring your own linens) and all recreation. Prices subject to change. Prices subject to change.

Spring/Fall Large Rentals (groups over 50)
Available: March 16 - May 31 and September 6 - December 14

Warm weather activities include: volleyball court, half basketball court, horseshoes, zip-line, indoor climbing wall, recreation room with game tables and sound system, small lake for paddle boats and canoeing, rappelling rock, many scenic hikes, and a grass field for many different sports and games. Cold weather activities include: indoor climbing wall; recreation room with game tables, stereo system, and fireplace; snow-shoe hiking, sled runs; and lots of room for snowball fights or snow man building contests (if there is snow). We also have a store where you can purchase snacks and Quaker Meadow souvenirs.

Spring/Fall Small Rentals (groups 30-50)
Available: March 16 - May 31 and September 6 - December 14

Small retreats include indoor climbing wall; recreation room with game tables, sound system, and fireplace; snow-shoe hiking, sled runs; and lots of room for snowball fights or snow man building contests (if there is snow). Recreational equipment use is minimal. There is minimal use of the camp facilities as our staff is limited to be able to offer our camp at a reduced rate. You will need to bring your own food and make your own meals in our family style kitchen in Lewis Lodge (utensils are provided).

The Spring/Fall Small Rental price is $25.00 per person per night, with a minimum of 30 people and a maximum of 50 people. All prices include lodging (bring your own linens) and use of our Recreation Hall (meals not included). Prices subject to change.
