			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Quaker Meadow needs your help! We have several projects around camp that either require lots of hands or specific skills. We are currently putting together a list of projects and specific details about these projects and will be posting them here on this page. We are setting aside several weekends throughout May, early June and fall for these Service Camps. We will have projects specifically geared to high schoolers, families and/or adults. We can accomodate groups of 2 or 200!</p>
<p>We will be creating Service Camps to meet your group needs &#8211; the to do list is endless! We are also happy to allow you to use our recreation hall for break times and worship services. This is a wonderful opportunity to teach youth about Serving, to bring about unity in your group, to teach your child a skill and all in the beauty and calm of God&#8217;s creation.</p>
<p>We are asking that groups raise the money for their food and the supplies to do the project (we will have cost projections). We might have some of the supplies at camp already, or you might be able to find supply donors. Here are a couple examples of our Service Projects:</p>
<p>Project: Paint Exterior of Cabins 3 and 4<br />
Time of Year: Early Summer or Fall (after snow has melted completely)<br />
Group Type: High School or Family<br />
Group Size: 15-30<br />
Project Time Frame: 1-2 days<br />
Estimated Supply Cost: $700<br />
Estimated Food Cost: $300<br />
Estimated Total Cost: $1000</p>
<p>Project: Reroof the Directors Cabin<br />
Time of Year: Early Summer or Fall (after snow has melted completely)<br />
Group Type: Skilled adults<br />
Group Size: 2-10<br />
Project Time Frame: 1-3 days<br />
Estimated Supply Cost: $1000<br />
Estimated Food Cost: $100- $150<br />
Estimated Total Cost: $1100- $1150</p>
<p>Project: Tear Down and Rebuild Deck on Hilltop<br />
Time if Year: Late Spring, Early Summer or Fall (after snow has melted some)<br />
Group Type: Skilled adults<br />
Group Size: 2-10<br />
Project Time Frame: 1-3 days<br />
Estimated Supply Cost: $700<br />
Estimated Food Cost: $100-$150<br />
Estimated Total Cost: $800-$850</p>
